National Geographic, one of my very few print subscriptions, has just released an awesome interactive map of some of the effects of global warming. You've got the ones you expect, like drought and rising sea levels, but also there's reduced tourism in central Europe, increase grain yields in Canada and unsustainable development in China.
A notable omission, the ridiculous fires we're currently having in Montana. It's been triple digits here several times in the last two weeks (and 100% of the last three days) and the hot dry weather has led us straight into a state-wide emergency.
But aside from the many (necessary) omissions, it's well worth a look.

The link for this article to the interactive map does not work. Instead, it leads to a Joombla administration page.

"increased grain yields in Canada"
AH HA! So the Canadians are behind climate change? I knew they were far too good looking and wholesome to trust. ;)

Well that didn't work. I'll give you step-by-step:
http://green.nationalgeographic.com/
Then click on "Global Warming".
Then click on "Effects of Global Warming" under "Related Topics" in far right box.
Then, in the middle of the pretty flower picture, click on green box labeled "Map of Global Warming Impacts".
That should do it!
I work at NatGeo so I'll ask them tomorrow to make it simpler to find!

There has been no cooling over any significant interval. The slowing of the rate of increase in global warming recently is exactly because China has so many dirty coal plants, the particulates are playing the well studied role of reflecting light back into space.
